Grand Champion Overall Bull- $100 (minimum 5 Bull entries to have the show)

 Reserve Champion Overall Bull- $75 (minimum 5 Bull entries to have the show)

Showmanship Champion – Plaque &cash prize, Cash Prizes for the top 5 in each age division

The Georgia National Fair is proud to announce a great opportunity for youth steer and heifer enthusiasts to participate in the 2012 Georgia National Fair-Junior Invitational Steer and Heifer Show.Exhibitors will compete for premiums and awards, with the Top 5 exhibitors sharing $1,500.00 in premiums for both steers and heifers! 

The 2012 Georgia National Fair Junior Invitational Steer and Heifer Show is scheduled for October 12-14 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA.  This special show is open to eligible 4-H and FFA exhibitors from GA, FL, TN, AL, NC, SC and MS.  To obtain rules and regulations and entry information please visit the following link:  http://www.georgianationalfair.com/livestock-competitions/. 

 To enter the 2012 Georgia National Fair Junior Invitational Steer and Heifer Show exhibitors must complete an official entry form and submit with fee’s to the Georgia 4-H Office-address provided below (do not send these entry forms to the Georgia National Fairgrounds!) no later than September 20th.  Online entries will not be accepted for this special show. 

 Please note that the Georgia National Fair traditional steer and heifer weekend is scheduled for October 4-7, 2012.  Entries for that show, must be submitted online by September 1st.  These are two different shows with two different deadlines. Please be sure that you are entering the correct show.  By entering the Georgia National Fair Steer and Heifer Show that is scheduled for October 4-7, 2012 (GA 4-H and FFA Exhibitors only) does not automatically enter you in the Georgia National Fair-Invitational Steer and Heifer Show, scheduled for October 12-14, 2012.

Entry Fee: $25 per animal. Post Marked by November 16th, 2012. Showmanship will be $10 per exhibitor.
